We do not have our own store, but in cooperation with the store “lovegame.lv”, a free product collection point has been established in Valmiera, Riga Street 74, (in the premises of Hyper RIMI). Detailed information is available in the “Delivery” section.

The return of the product without explaining the reasons is possible within 14 days after the purchase. In this case, you need to write an application in free form, addressed to the company – SIA “Digger AJM” (legal address Vaidavas iela 7-34, Valmiera, LV-4201), and send it to the e-mail info@precubaze.lv. Then the product must be sent back or handed over to us at the precubaze.lv store (Valmiera, Rīgas iela 74), without undue delay. The consumer has the right to check the properties of the product to the extent that it would be possible to do so in a regular store. The right of withdrawal expires after 14 days, starting from the day on which you or a third party, whom the consumer indicated or authorized to receive the product by communicating the order ID, and who is not the carrier, received the product for their use. In order to comply with the withdrawal period, it is sufficient to send your application for exercising the right of withdrawal before the expiry of the withdrawal period.

Goods cannot be returned within 14 days if: the consumer has opened the packaging of a product for which this is not allowed for health and hygiene reasons. For example, in-ear headphones, Bluetooth headphones, console controllers and other similar products. This rule applies even if the packaging of these products has been opened and/or the protective seal has been broken; the consumer has destroyed or significantly damaged the packaging of the product; the consumer has opened the packaging of an audio, video recording, computer program or game. This also applies to an unpacked online game payment card!

If the packaging is not damaged, but when you open it you see that: the product has external damage (for example, a broken screen or case); If the parts specified in the package are missing, you can exercise your right of withdrawal and make a claim to us within three days of receiving the goods. If you cancel the goods, we will refund all money received from you, including delivery costs (except for additional costs incurred if you chose a delivery method that is not the cheapest of the standard delivery methods offered by us), without undue delay and in any case not later than 14 days from the day on which we are informed of your decision to cancel the goods. The refund will be made using the same payment method that you used in the initial transaction, unless you have expressly agreed to another payment method. The refund is made within one business day (except Saturdays and Sundays)!

The Buyer has the right to reconsider and immediately cancel the order by informing the Seller about the cancellation of the order during the Seller’s working hours by calling +371 29558396 or by sending a refusal to the e-mail address info@precubaze.lv indicated on the website before the order is processed.
