Terms and Privacy Policy

TERMS OF USE.

We may change the terms and conditions applicable to your use of the Site from time to time. By using the Site after such changes are made, you agree to follow and be bound by these terms and conditions and any changes made to them. We may change, move, delete or add to certain parts of our Site from time to time.

You agree that PrecuBaze may send you electronic mail messages to inform you of changes or additions to the Site, any of PrečuBāze’s products and services, or for other similar purposes at PrečuBāze’s discretion.

Distance contract.

By accepting these terms and conditions, you agree to the terms and conditions of the distance contract.

When concluding a distance contract, you can exercise your right of withdrawal and unilaterally withdraw from the contract within 14 calendar days from the date of receipt of the goods, unless you have agreed with the seller on a longer period. If the goods are ordered with post-payment, you must collect them from a courier or post office and then send them back to the store.

A distance contract is an agreement between a consumer and a seller or service provider based on the seller’s or service provider’s offer through an addressed or unaddressed printed matter, a standard letter, a catalogue, an advertisement published in the press with an order coupon attached, telephone, facsimile, the Internet, electronic mail, television, radio and other means of sending or transmitting information (Article 12, Part One of the Consumer Rights Protection Law).

We offer four payment methods and six delivery methods.

1.0. Bank transfer, (After receiving the order, we will send an invoice for payment to your email address)*

*After the invoice is sent, the item is reserved for three days!!!

1.3. You can purchase goods on lease in the online store using the leasing services provided by Klix. *

* Minimum purchase amount – 70 Euros.

2.0. Postage costs within Latvia via Latvian Post 3.00Euro. Delivery time 2-4 business days excluding holidays.

2.1. Postage costs within the EU via Latvian Post 3.00Euro. Delivery time 3-6 business days excluding holidays.

2.2. Shipping costs using Omniva parcel machine in Latvia and EU (European Union) 3.00Euro. Delivery time 1-3 business days. Including Saturdays.

2.3. Shipping costs using PDP parcel machine in Latvia and EU (European Union) 3.00Euro. Delivery time 1-3 business days. Including Saturdays.

2.4. Shipping costs using Omniva courier services in Latvia and EU (European Union) 7.00Euro. Delivery time 1-3 business days. Including Saturdays.

2.5. Shipping costs using DPD courier services in Latvia and EU (European Union) 7.00Euro. Delivery time 1-3 business days. Including Saturdays.

4.0 We only accept payments made in the currency of the European Union, Euro!

5.0. You can receive the ordered goods in the online store free of charge in the store of our cooperation partners, lovegame.lv, Valmiera, Rīgas iela 74 (Hyper RIMI), LV-4201.

CONSUMER RIGHTS AND OBLIGATIONS – Returning the product without giving any reason is possible within 14 days after purchase. In this case, you need to write an application in free form, addressed to the company – SIA “Digger AJM” (legal address Vaidavas iela 7-34, Valmiera, LV-4201), and send it to the e-mail info@precubaze.lv. After that, the product must be sent back or handed over to us at the precubaze.lv store (Valmiera, Rīgas iela 74), without undue delay. The consumer has the right to check the properties of the product to the extent that it would be possible to do so in a regular store. The right of withdrawal expires after 14 days from the day on which you or a third party, whom the consumer indicated or authorized to receive the goods by communicating the order ID, and who is not the carrier, received the goods for their use. In order to comply with the withdrawal period, it is sufficient to send your application for exercising the right of withdrawal before the expiry of the period of validity.

Goods cannot be returned within 14 days if: the consumer has opened the packaging of a product that is not allowed to be opened for health and hygiene reasons. For example, in-ear headphones, Bluetooth headphones, console controllers and other similar products. This rule applies even if the packaging of these products has been opened and/or the protective seal has been broken; the consumer has destroyed or significantly damaged the packaging of the product; the consumer has opened the packaging of an audio, video recording, computer program or game. This also applies to an unwrapped online game payment card!

If the packaging is not damaged, but when you open it you see that: the product has external damage (for example, a broken screen or case); parts that are indicated in the package are missing, you can exercise your right of withdrawal and make a claim to us within three days of receiving the product. If you cancel the product, we will refund all money received from you, including delivery costs (except for additional costs incurred if you chose a delivery method that is not the cheapest of the standard delivery methods offered by us), without undue delay and in any case not later than 14 days from the day on which we are informed of your decision to cancel the product. The refund will be made using the same payment method that you used in the original transaction, unless you have expressly agreed to a different payment method. The refund will be made within one business day (except Saturdays and Sundays)!

The Buyer has the right to change his mind and immediately cancel the order by informing the Seller about the cancellation of the order during the Seller’s business hours by calling +371 29558396 or sending a refusal to the e-mail address info@precubaze.lv indicated on the website before the order is processed.

Privacy.

The privacy policy set out here, together with the terms of use of the online store, sets out the principles on how SIA Digger AJM (“we”, “us”, “our”) will treat any personal data we receive from you when you use our online store (“online store”).

We respect the right to privacy of each person who visits our website. Our privacy policy regarding the storage and use of users’ personal information is set out below.

We store and use personal information to do the following:

To administer or otherwise fulfil our obligations to our customers, such as processing and fulfilling orders, organising deliveries.

To be able to anticipate and resolve problems within the scope of the service provided to the customer.

To conduct marketing research within the company with the aim of improving the service, to store customer order history and to provide customers with information about the receipt of the service.

To develop new products and services, as well as to inform customers about them.

In order for us to perform the above tasks, we need to store and process personal information about the customer (including, but not limited to, the customer’s name, surname, address, telephone number, e-mail address, information about website visits, as well as billing information to the extent relevant to the fulfillment of the order). We will ask you to provide this information during the creation and registration of your PrečuBāze profile, or at some later time, such as when completing the order.

In order to use our services, we may sometimes have to transfer your personal information to a third party. For the provision of leasing services – name, surname, personal identification number, passport data, telephone number, e-mail, residential address, employer, position held, income, credit obligations. For the delivery of goods – name, surname, e-mail, telephone number, delivery address.

We will not disclose any personally identifiable information without your consent, except in the following cases:

We are required to comply with the law (for example, if we receive a court order or if a situation arises where it is necessary to prevent criminal or fraudulent intent). By agreeing to our Terms of Use, you agree that for the purposes of this provision, your permission to transfer personal data to law enforcement agencies has already been received.
